Hey people.. Since I was able to use a com here in Cario... I thought I'll post abit onEgypt before I run off to catch a train to go off to Luxor.... And Aswan... But here's how it is....
We arrived here on the 21th in Cario time and rested for like a day... The hotel ran out of rooms.. So.......... We got one of the only vacant rooms left.... The Predidential SUITE XD... So, it was like one nite of WOAH-ness before we had to move off to a normal room the next morning... More details and pics when I get back...
Then, we went out on the 1st day and it was like a history lesson the whole day about Egypt which I thoroughly enjoyed!! Learnt a comprehensive lesson on the Old, middle and New kingdoms of Egypt.. Reiligous beliefs which also included the basics of Islam and the main concepts plus the Five pillars of Islam that is needed to follow for each muslim... Managed to grasp some of the hiroglypics and learnt what my name was... It was supposed to mean a boy of purity, with a longing to learn and gain knowledge plus a brave man... (Ok, mostly true except the BRAVE part is just SO wrong.... XDXD)..
I also learnt about the origins of Yu-gi-oh! And about the boy king that resembled Yugi in the Japanese Anime... Its like looking at all the monsters in those really old stone tablets... WOAH...
Today, we went to the pryamids and admired the work of them... Sat on a camel for the first time today and it was kinda scary!!! But kinda got used to it... Oh, and we also went into one of the three famour pryamids which had a really small entrance and it was really tiring as we all had to bend down and walk for 30m.. (Well, it isn't that long.. But since the entrance was only 1 m tall... We had to bend down all the way which WAS Tiring MIND YOU XD)...
Well,... Will get into the details when I have the chance in the future... Gotta run and catch a train..
Til next time :P
Today was the kinda day where you sit back, and practically do nothing... Its the kinda of day where you practically sit back and feel the cool wind blowing on your face and just think about all the things you could possibly think of...
Thats why I love the end-of-year holidays! Cool and refreshing...
The past week has been really eventful with grad nite and outings everyday filling all my schedules... It was only today that I've remained home for practically the whole day... Well, at least until I need to depart for the airport later to head on to Cario...
Ok, so lets start with Grad nite. As you can see in all my pics below... It was a fun and engaging nite... I was like super high and happy too since it was the day we ended our Os (the 13th of Nov.)... Of course there was Alex who tried to dampen my spirits and piss me off on such a nice day... But ah well, I pushed my emotions aside and continued having a really great night! There was really loads of laughter and some really lame jokes by the emcee and some attempts by bin soon... Which was like really... cold XD... But it ended up as a great nite!
The next experience I had was being part of te ACJC CO!! Its been awhile since I've played my instrument but I still managed to smoke through the practice when we were invited for practice the very next day after grad nite... There was a shocking surprise audition... Which felt me with cold sweat all over especially my hands!! Ah well... I guess other than being owned by a Nan Hua guy with a grade 9 (highest grade?!) song... I think I did alright... I also got to know my seniors in the practice on sat. and actually had fun in CO!! Looks like I shoud be joining CO if I enter ACJC!! : )
Class party was right after CO practice on sat, and I also enjoyed myself a bunch : )!! THe food was great... The mahjong was fun... And I got to catch up with some of my other friends in class!!
I won't really get into detail with everything I did in the past week... Cause it would really be a long long post... But since I'm already here typing.. I thought I'll make this post longer since I might not be typing for another 10-11 days.. So here goes...
The year has been long and tiring... Though it does hold many fond memories for me... Taking the time now I have to think back.. Excluding sec 1.. Wow, I've really enjoyed my time I've spent in ACS (BR)... The friends I've made, the things I've did in secondary school... All have been a blast... And I've changed much since primary school and thanks to all the people around me, I've seen God at work!! I might not be the smartest of people and there are indeed many more smarter than me but, all my friends made me feel important! And so thanks for all that!
I think there was only one person I didn't really like in secondary school... Whic was Alex.. And well, if you're reading this, just wanted to let you know.. What you did to me well, if you thought it was funny, then well at least it made you happy. But to me, I really haven't seen the better side of you yet.. So, if I do say anything really hurting or insulting to you.. You can't really blame me right? But well, I hope that if we do continue to meet each other in JC, hope that you'll stop doing this kinda of things to me... Like stop insulting would be a good start followed by stop pushing me around, physically? Ya..
To sum the whole year up to a picture and a few words...

Its been fun and AMAZING!
Now, my future awaits.. What will it hold?? But I know though I am weak.. There'll be my family and friends to help me out when I'm in need!!
Now... OFF TO CARIO!!
